UBINET doctoral training network is organizing a seminar on "Open Data in Ubiquitous Systems Research".
Seminar takes place at Tampere University of Technology. Seminar dates are May 18th and June 5th, 2015. The home assignment - a data management plan for own research - needs to be returned before the second seminar day.
We can still take some more participants to the seminar, so you are welcome to enroll by May 14th at
Primarily the seminar is intended for doctoral students, but also researchers and graduate students are welcome to join and will benefit from the seminar.
Although this seminar is intended for researchers working on ubiquitous systems, seminar focuses on issues that are relevant for researchers working on other research topics as well.
Note we are aiming that you can also follow the lectures online live or afterwards. To obtain the credits and get a certificate (2 ects) in this case, the seminar assignments (some extra for those who follow online and do not participate at seminar location) need to be turned in by June 30th, 2015. We are currently figuring out whether we can directly share live the lectures on this blog, or whether we use Moodle as the link to the live lectures.
